We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. by appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please try to notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance, or call as soon as you can. This will allow us to give your time slot to another patient. We're committed to seeing patients as quickly as possible. If you need to be seen the same day you call, we will do everything possible to schedule you with one of our neurologists. And, we're available 24 hours a day for emergency situations. We also do our best to keep on schedule, but patient emergencies sometimes arise. We ask for your patience and understanding in these situations that may cause you to wait. Each time you visit our office, be sure to bring a list of all medications you are presently taking and the actual container with the label attached. You should also bring a list of observations of your condition. Consider logging this information into a health care logbook so you can keep notes about your problems and progress. New patients are requested to complete patient registration forms. If time allows, we are happy to mail the forms to you so you can complete them in the privacy of your home prior to your first visit. Your signature on these forms authorizes our staff to complete insurance forms for you.
