With physicians in four full-time offices surrounding the city of Indianapolis, timely appointments are always available. Most health insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare, Medicaid, and many HMOs. Our physicians are available at all times to manage emergencies and other urgent needs.


Our Staff

Dr. Herrman Craig E. Herrman, M.D.

Craig E. Herrman received his M.D. from Indiana University in 2000. He completed his Neurology Residency in 2004 and followed with an EMG/EEG fellowship. He practices general Neurology with particular interests in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromuscular Disease. He is the principal investigator for several ongoing studies in Multiple Sclerosis and acts as the Research Director for JWM Neurology.

He completed a residency in Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Clinical Campus, and at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, finishing in 2000. Dr. Artar completed a fellowship in Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2002 and also a Sleep Medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 2004.

Cynthia K. McGarvey, M.D., received her Master's degree in Toxicology in 1997, and her M.D. at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2003. Dr. McGarvey completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2004. She served a residency in Neurology at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana finishing in 2007. Dr. McGarvey completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2008. Her special interests include Neuromuscular disease, EMG, Spasticity/Dystonia, Neurotoxicology, and Clinical Neurophysiology.

Adam J. Fisch, M.D., received his M.D. at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2004. Dr. Fisch completed an internship in Neurology at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2005. He served a residency in Neurology followed by a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri finishing in 2009. His special interests include Sleep Medicine/EEG/EMG. Dr. Fisch is an avid educator and has lectured at many universities and has recently authored "Neuroanatomy: Draw it to Know It" for which he won the "2009 Washington University in St. Louis Leonard Berg Prize for Research During Residency" Award.

Margaret L. Frazer, M.D., received her M.D. at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana in 1985. Dr. Frazer completed an internship in Internal Medicine at University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa in 1986. She served a residency in Neurology at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana, finishing in 1989. Dr. Frazer's professional interests include Alzheimer's disease, Multiple Sclerosis and other neurodegenerative diseases, clinical research and patient disease state management. She also started and currently organizes the Central Indiana Neuropathy Support Group.

Keith W. Cushing, M.D., received his M.D. at University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky in 2004. Dr. Cushing completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Brown University Department of Clinical Neurosciences at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, Rhode Island in 2005. He served a residency in Neurology at Brown University Department of Clinical Neurosciences at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, Rhode Island, finishing in 2008. Dr. Cushing’s professional interests include sleep disorders medicine, EEG and EMG.






Dr. Ridel Keith R. Ridel, M.D.

Keith R. Ridel, M.D., is a pediatric neurologist and received his medical degree at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, Ohio in 2005. Dr. Ridel completed his Pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in 2007. He then completed a Child Neurology fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Ridel sees infants, children and teenagers with general neurology problems.

Dr. Abraham Saju Abraham, M.D.

Saju Abraham, M.D., received his M.D. at St. James School of Medicine in Bonaire, Netherland Antilles in 2006. Dr. Abraham served a Neurology residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois finishing in 2010 and an Epilepsy fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2010. His special interests include Epilepsy, Stroke, EEG and Intra-operative Monitoring.

Sridhar Jatla, M.D., received his Medical Degree at Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2002. Dr. Jatla served Psychiatry residencies at both DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware, finishing in 2002, and at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, finishing in 2007. Dr. Jatla also completed a Fellowship in Sleep Disorders Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois in 2008.
