David A. Josephson, M.D. received his M.D. at Indiana University in 1971. He completed his first-year Neurology residency at the University of Michigan in 1972 and his second and third-year Neurology residency in 1975 at Indiana University Medical Center. He specializes in Adult and Child Neurology.

Eliot Wallack, M.D. received his M.D. at the University of Maryland in 1972. He completed his residency at the University of North Carolina in 1976. He specializes in Adult and Child Neurology.

John T. Munshower, M.D., received his M.D. at Indiana University in 1973. He completed his residency at Indiana University in 1977. He specializes in Adult and Child Neurology and Neurorehabilitation.

Leo D'Ambrosio, M.D., received his M.D. at Indiana University in 1984. He completed his residency at Indiana University in 1988 and specializes in Adult and Child Neurology.

William Fulton, M.D., received his M.D. at Indiana University in 1958. He completed his residency at Indiana University in 1964. He specializes in Adult and Child Neurology.

Kristi George, M.D., received her M.D. at Indiana University in 1989. She also served her residency at Indiana University which she completed in 1996. She specializes in Adult and Child Neurology and Neuromuscular Diseases.

Michael Sermersheim, M.D., was awarded his M.D. by Indiana University in 1986. He completed his residency in 1990, also at Indiana University. Dr. Sermersheim specializes in Adult and Child Neurology and headaches.

Jennifer Vivio, M.D., was awarded her M.D. at West Virginia University in 1993. She completed her residency in 1997, also at West Virginia University. Dr. Vivio specializes in Adult and Child Neurology and Neurorehabilitation.

Aruna Rau, M.D., was awarded her M.D. at Andhra University in 1994. She served her residency at Indiana University, finishing in 1998. She specializes in Adult and Child Neurology.

Kumil Mohan, M.D., was awarded his M.D. in 1983. He served his residency in Neurology at Wayne State University School of Medicine, finishing in June of 2000. He specializes in sleep disorders.

Patrick Matoole, M.D., received his M.D. in 1996. He served his residency in Neurology at Creighton University, finishing in 2000. He completed a fellowship in EEG/EMG at the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001.

Angeline Diokno, M.D., received her M.D. in 1992. She served a residency in Internal Medicine at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, finishing in 1995. She also served a residency in Neurology at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, finishing in 1998. She completed a fellowship in Epilepsy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark in 1999.

Katherine Kobza, M.D., received her M.D. at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 1997. She served a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, finishing in 1998. She also served a residency in Neurology at the University of Alabama Hospitals in Birmingham, Alabama, finishing in 2001. Dr. Kobza completed a fellowship in Electrophysiology at the University of Alabama Hospitals in 2002, where she was Chief Resident of that program.

Douglas Strobel, M.D., received his M.D. at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas in 1999. He served an internship in Internal Medicine at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas finishing in 2000. He also served a residency in Neurology at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, finishing in 2003.

Anna Marie Sander, D.O., received her D.O. at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York finishing in 1987. She served an internship at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan finishing in 1988. She served residencies in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York finishing in 1989 and at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, New York finishing in 1991. She also served a residency in Pulmonary Medicine at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, finishing in 1993. She served a fellowship in Sleep Wake Disorders at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, finishing in 1996.

Raymond Loffer, M.D., received his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1976. He served a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama finishing in 1978. He also served a residency in Neurology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama finishing in 1981.

Meredith W. Cousin, M.D., received her M.D. at University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1999. She completed her residency in Neurology at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in 2003. Dr. Cousin completed a Neurology Sleep fellowship at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in 2004. She specializes in sleep disorders.

Craig E. Herrman received his M.D. from Indiana University in 2000. He completed his Neurology Residency in 2004 and followed with an EMG/EEG fellowship. He practices general Neurology with particular interests in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromuscular Disease. He is the principal investigator for several ongoing studies in Multiple Sclerosis and acts as the Research Director for JWM Neurology.

Cynthia K. McGarvey, M.D., received her Master's degree in Toxicology in 1997, and her M.D. at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2003. Dr. McGarvey completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2004. She served a residency in Neurology at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana finishing in 2007. Dr. McGarvey completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology at Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2008. Her special interests include Neuromuscular disease, EMG, Spasticity/Dystonia, Neurotoxicology, and Clinical Neurophysiology.
