The JWM Neurology research team is comprised of Board Certified Neurologists and experienced Clinical Research Coordinators. Our staff works closely together with our physicians to ensure that each study is performed accurately, safely and successfully. All of our staff members are trained in and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

JWM Staff Members

Kristina Cleveland has been with JWM Neurology since 1997 and has served as the Research Manager and Coordinator since 2005. She earned clinical research coordinator certification with ACRP.

Kristi has been with JWM Neurology since 1997 and has worked in the research department since 2008. Kristi previously worked as a medical assistant to the JWM neurologists. She earned her clinical research coordinator certification with ACRP.

Tammy joined the JWM Neurology research team in October, 2012 as a study coordinator. She has six years of animal research experience at the Indianapolis Zoo and recently received her Clinical Research Certificate from IUPUI. She earned her clinical research coordinator certification with ACRP.

Erica joined the JWM Neurology research team in November 2017 as a study coordinator. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2004 from Manchester College and her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2010 from Loyola University in Maryland. She worked in research before joining our team In 2017.

Tajuana joined the JWM Neurology research team in 2020 as a study coordinator. She earned her Associates of Applied Science January 1999, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Certificate in February 2017, and Associates of Ministerial Leadership in May 2018.

Mychaela joined the JWM Neurology research team in May 2025 as a Clinical Research Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of clinical trials for neurological conditions. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science from Ball State University. She draws on her background as a mental health clinician and her research expertise to provide a compassionate, patient-centered approach while upholding the highest standards of clinical research.

Pierre joined the JWM Neurology research Team in May 2025 as a Clinical Research Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of clinical trials for neurological conditions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University.
