Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett declared Thursday, August 24, 2023, as “Strike Out Stroke” Day at Victory Field.
The Indianapolis Indians proudly presented the mayoral proclamation to JWM Neurologist, Meredith Cousin, MD representing the Indianapolis Strike Out Stroke team. The goal of Strike Out Stroke is to raise awareness of stroke warning signs, how to respond quickly and to remember the acronym BE FAST.
